We accept the following methods of payment: cash, debit or credit card (excluding American Express), and bank transfer

Cancellation conditions
Unexpected events can always happen. In this case, we apply the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival: The deposit will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival: The 30% deposit will be retained by the accommodation provider.
  • Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 60% of the total booking amount will apply. As the 30% deposit has already been paid, an additional 30% will be charged.
  • Cancellations within 7 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 70% of the total booking amount will apply. As the 30% deposit has already been paid, an additional 40% will be charged.
  • In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show: A cancellation fee of 70% of the booked but unused nights will apply.
