Warmth does us good. It helps us relax, loosens up the body and creates those special moments when suddenly all that matters is the here and now. High temperatures and dry air provide intense warmth, whilst regular infusions make the experience even more intense.
Our new sauna world
We’re giving warmth even more space. In the Finnish sauna, it gets classically hot and pleasantly intense. And then there’s a very special place: our bio sauna in the granary. Inspired by our hotel’s farming heritage, it combines a gentler sauna experience with a touch of old-world Moosmair charm.
Simply close the door, feel the warmth – and do nothing for a while.
Take the plunge in nature
The pool connects the interior and the outside world. Continuous, open and with an infinity edge, the view extends out over the mountain pines and on into the landscape beyond. A place to dive in, drift and emerge anew.

Several relaxation areas invite you to retreat and unwind after the sauna or a swim. From the sauna and pool, you move effortlessly into one of the relaxation rooms or out onto the sunbathing lawn – just as the mood takes you.
Moosmair offers a wellness area with saunas, relaxation areas as well as various massages and treatments. Herbs, natural fragrances and homemade oils play a special role and reflect the nature of the Aurina Valley.
In the wellness area at Moosmair, guests can enjoy a Finnish sauna in the historic granary as well as a herbal sauna. Both saunas offer soothing warmth and peaceful moments after a day in the mountains.
Yes, the wellness area at Moosmair is available to hotel guests during the hotel’s seasonal opening periods. Exact opening hours are available on site or upon request.
Yes, Moosmair offers a relaxation area where guests can unwind after a sauna session or massage. A peaceful place to switch off and take a deep breath.
Access to the saunas in Moosmair’s wellness area is textile-free. Outside the sauna areas, guests move around as usual in bathrobes or swimwear.
