In order to “make everything flow again”, the blood circulation is activated and promoted by taking a Kneipp cure. During a gentle, rhythmic pressure-massage with warm evening primrose oil, the lymphatic vessels are stimulated to remove excess tissue fluids from the body. A cupping therapy on the back stimulates the blood circulation and a steam-heated hay pillow helps to relieve tensions. Targeted pressure points activate the excretory organs, which will be strengthened afterwards with a warm cup of nettle tea.

To loosen up the legs, they are wrapped in a pleasant vinegar-gazer-wrap. A cup of warm mountain herbal tea will support the treatment.

A mountain herb wrap is applied to support various organs. The whole body is then wrapped in fragrant and warm mountain hay. In the steam tub, the pores open up and allow the valuable ingredients to penetrate deeply into the skin.
